• This role is all about crafting and executing smart strategies to keep us ahead of the curve in a fast-changing industry.
• You will be the compliance expert, staying on top of regulatory updates, guiding teams, and ensuring that all filings are accurate and work closely with aviation authorities to secure approvals and smooth over any regulatory hurdles.
• By collaborating with operations and safety, you’ll ensure that every product and process aligns with aviation standards.
• On top of that, you’ll build and lead compliance programs, provide expert guidance, and mentor a high-performing team.

About You

• You will be a degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in aviation regulatory affairs management and strong understanding of both international and local aviation regulations.
• In addition, you will be familiar with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations and ideally certified in aviation regulatory affairs.
• Previous experience as a management pilot and a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is preferred.
• Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will set you up for success and will be essential to interact effectively with various stakeholders and authorities.
